1. Introduction

Welcome to eEpic Events, operated by E-EPIC TECHNOLOGIES LTD. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, including our website, AI-powered event planning assistant, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: eEpic Events, including the website, AI-powered recommendation engine (Jada), and all related services.
  • Users: Individuals and businesses accessing or using the Platform.
  • Event Planners: Users seeking vendors for event-related services.
  • Vendors: Businesses or individuals offering event-related services.
  • Jada: AI assistant that provides event planning recommendations.
  • Credits: Virtual tokens purchased by Vendors to unlock lead contact details.
  • Lead: A potential client’s contact information available for Vendors.
  • Account: A user profile registered on the Platform.
  • Subscription: Any future paid plans for users, if introduced.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Vendors must provide accurate and up-to-date business details, including their legal name, business name, service descriptions, and contact information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately to support.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Vendors must maintain accurate service descriptions.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Fraud, misrepresentation, or spam.
  • Use of bots or automation to manipulate engagement.
  • Providing false vendor credentials or misleading listings.

5. Payments, Credits, & Refunds

  • Vendors must purchase credits to unlock lead contact details.
  • Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, subject to GST/HST taxes in Canada.
  • No monetary refunds will be provided.
  • If a lead is invalid, a credit refund may be issued within 7 days of unlocking the lead.

6. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Maintain truthful and transparent service listings.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver high-quality services that meet industry standards.
  • Not cancel confirmed bookings without valid justification.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, including tax obligations.

7. Dispute Resolution

eEpic Events is not a party to transactions between Event Planners and Vendors. Disputes must be resolved directly between users. If a formal resolution is required, mediation or arbitration may be considered before litigation.

8. Intellectual Property

Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant eEpic Events a license to use it for platform operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • eEpic Events only facilitates connections and does not guarantee vendor service quality.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from vendor-planner interactions.

10. Indemnification

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless eEpic Events from violations of these Terms.
  • Disputes between Event Planners and Vendors.

11. Force Majeure

  • eEpic Events is not liable for failures due to:
  • Natural disasters, cybersecurity attacks, or technical failures.
  • Pandemics or government-imposed restrictions.

12. Account Termination

  • Accounts may be terminated for repeated complaints or fraudulent activity.
  • Misuse of the Platform.
  • Failing to meet vendor obligations.
  • Users will be notified before termination and may appeal suspensions.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. International users agree to comply with these laws when using the Platform.
